A two-story medical office building of concrete and steel construction. The exterior envelope is brick and EIFS. The building is built into a steep, sloping, corner site in Bothell. With busy main thoroughfares on two sides of the site, the construction team overcame significant logistical problems during the course of construction.

Working closely with the owner and architect, performance of pre-construction services, as well as, completion of the shell and core construction and tenant improvements added during construction was all completed within the original proposed schedule.
