This 70,000 SF gaming facility is a combination of concrete tilt-up and wood frame structure. It was constructed on a 15 acre undeveloped site carved out of a remote area of southwest Thurston County.

The construction team was responsible for all site development and improvements including on-site water, sewage and storm drainage systems. The work, including complete interior buildout, was completed in just 6 months.
